West Lodge Farm Park is an award-winning family destination in Northamptonshire, with hundreds of animals, adventure play, piglet racing, pony rides, a barrel ride, forest school and a day nursery. Families return year after year for seasonal events, birthday parties, or just relaxed days out with the kids. The website, however, had not been keeping pace. It was built on WordPress and had become slow and clunky to update, so much so that it had become neglected and was holding back the whole guest perception of the park itself.

The team at West Lodge had alsoinvested in brilliant new branding, photography, and video - and it was hard for them to incorporate it in their previous site without full custom developer projects or complex template updates.

They needed a platform that could bring the warmth and character of the farm to life online, handle a varied visitor offer without feeling cluttered, and be launched without disrupting one of their busiest periods of the year.

The new West Lodge Farm Park site went live on 30th July - right in the heart of the summer holidays. A testament to LOOP's structured launch process, the team had a site they were proud to share within weeks, not months. The new branding, photography, and video are front and centre throughout. Tickets, annual passes, and gift vouchers link cleanly to Digitickets. Events, opening times, and seasonal campaigns are managed in-house by the team.
