We are thrilled to partner with Blackpool Tourism to help bring three much-loved resort attractions to life online. The Blackpool Tower, Madame Tussauds Blackpool and The Blackpool Tower Dungeon transitioned from Merlin ownership into the Blackpool Tourism portfolio and the brief was to bring three distinct visitor experiences together under a modern, flexible digital platform while retaining the individuality and character of each attraction.

Using LOOP, we delivered a shared digital foundation that powers all three brands within a single instance of the platform. This approach reduced complexity, improved performance, and gave the Blackpool Tourism team the control they needed to manage fast-moving seasonal content. By configuring proven templates and components rather than rebuilding from scratch, the attractions were able to relaunch quickly with confidence, clarity, and a structure designed to scale over time.
