Sussex Past stewards some of the South East's most significant heritage sites - Fishbourne Roman Palace, Lewes Castle, Anne of Cleves House, Michelham Priory and more. Each site tells a different story. Each attracts a different audience.
The move to LOOP came at exactly the right moment - the team had outgrown their Wordpress website, and were also coordinating a move to Digitickets for ticketing and bookings across the organisation. Rather than patching the old setup, Sussex Past took the opportunity to get the whole digital operation right in one go - a new platform, a new booking flow, and a new foundation for everything that comes next.

What changed
The new LOOP site gives each Sussex Past location its own clear presence within a consistent guest-friendly structure. Visitors can find what they need quickly, whether they are planning a first visit to Fishbourne or renewing a membership at Michelham. Ticket links seamlessly handover to Digitickets at every relevant point.
The bigger picture
Sussex Past is a growing organisation, always balancing their commercial objectives alongside the heritage mission.
LOOP gives them a platform that can keep pace. It can easily scale as new projects or initiatives come online, along with handling multiple locations without creating management overhead.
- Multi-site architecture across all Sussex Past heritage locations
- Simultaneous Digitickets booking rollout with LOOP launch
- Clean migration from an outdated WordPress setup
- Full in-house content control for events, opening times seasonal campaigns and more
- Built to scale alongside Sussex Past's growing requirements
"We are very pleased we are with the new site. It's brilliant; we really like Loop!"
- Neil Couzens, Marketing & Sales Manager, Sussex Past
