Inspired by Strategizer's Business Model Canvas, we set about creating a website-focused framework that attractions, leisure and hospitality brands can use to identify gaps and priorities to work on. This is more about your wider online value proposition, campaigns and goals for your attraction - and the results will then inform us to make sure you're getting the best out of LOOP.
That's the beauty of websites - they're never 'finished'. There's always more to do. LOOP gives you a great foundation, and the Website Optimisation Canvas can help identify wider gaps to help determine more content, products or systems that would help take your brand to the next level:
Getting started
We find the best way to start is:
1. Print it out onto A3 paper, or upload to an online whiteboard like Miro
2. Share with your team
3. Complete the quick scorecard to get a sense of gaps / priorities
4. Start on the canvas sections, work from the middle 'Value Proposition' sections first
5. Use one colour to fill in where you are NOW, and another colour to show where you WANT TO BE in the future (or do a 'now' and 'future' version).
This will help identify gaps, issues and key priorities to work on in your regular website review meetings with us and your team :-)
