These LOOP Terms apply to every Client subscribing to the LOOP platform and support service supplied by Semantic Ltd, company number 03820499, registered office 2 Venture Road, Southampton Science Park, Southampton, SO16 7NP ("Semantic").

These Terms apply together with the Client's signed LOOP Order, which sets out the chosen package, Charges and payment schedule. Together they form the entire agreement ("Agreement"). Semantic may update these Terms under clause 17.
