Bespoke Feature Requests

We’re aware that sometimes, you might need a feature that’s not on our roadmap.  That’s great, as we’re always keen to hear ideas and work towards our mission to Help Every Attraction Grow Online. If you need extra features, then we can offer several options, largely depending on the priority for you.  If it’s a bug, then we’ll always aim to sort it out anyway in the next release.

Equally, you are welcome partner up with other LOOP clients to share development costs. We are happy to facilitate this so just get in touch with your Account Manager to discuss requirements and options.

Otherwise here are our current custom development options (note that this may change depending on package level or operational reasons)

• Option 1) Wait for the Roadmap
  Submit a feature request above and wait to see if it's added to the roadmap.
• Option 2) Shared Feature Development
  If you’re willing for the feature to be shared and promoted straightaway then we’d discount our usual rates (currently shared features are quoted with a 25% discount on any design / dev time).
• Option 3) Priority Feature Development
  If you want to keep a feature 'exclusive' to your brand, then we scope out the work and may offer to develop it at full price. We wouldn't promote the feature to other LOOP Clients for a period of 9 months following the feature's completion. If another client requests the same feature (by coincidence), then they'd be quoted the reduced 'Shared Feature' rate above, and a proportion of this would be credited back to the original client that requested the feature to be used towards your subscription.
• Option 4) Standalone mini site functionality
  Every now and then, a feature might just not be practical in LOOP or too complex to reliably integrate.  Here, we can create subdomain sites, and either link out or embed these.  We have done this for custom ticket booking integrations in the past (e.g. with Wildwood's LOOP site + Booking eCommerce Store)

We’re aware there are a few options here, but if you have a critical feature and you have budget to accelerate the development then we are happy to discuss.
