Does LOOP work for new or existing attractions?
Both! We created LOOP with all attractions or venues in mind, so there are features and modules built in to help support a new attraction just getting started. Things like making it easy to switch in 'real' content/imagery as it becomes available, pre-opening landing pages, data capture and more.
For established brands, LOOP is easy to migrate to and gives you a much more powerful CMS experience (compared to something like Wordpress), and more polished website for your guests.
How quickly can I migrate to LOOP?

LOOP sites can be launched in weeks not months so a typical site would be ready in under 4 weeks. Our record is under 10 days - can you beat it? Equally there's no great rush - you're free to take the time to ensure everything is just right prior to launch.
What features are most helpful for farm attractions?
Farm attractions can take advantage of our dynamic open times calendar, news, events, shows and daily feeding times. There are modules to add urgent alerts, call-to-actions for easy booking and a help centre to capture common guest queries and save your customer server team some time.
How does LOOP fit with my marketing?
The CMS is straightforward - easy to use, and hard to break. The simple drag and drop editing means you can create visual pages and landing pages with ease to tie in with marketing campaigns. We can add tracking and links to other systems so that your marketing tools work well together.
Can keepers and staff members access it?
There is granular access control to the system, so teams in specific departments can be set to access only areas that are relevant to them. This is great for keeper blogs, videos or other interesting content that can come straight from the people helping look after the animals.

LOOP is built on Umbraco CMS and provides all of the admin functionality and content management that is built into that platform.
Does LOOP include website hosting?
Absolutely, we deploy to scalable cloud hosting solutions in the UK and worldwide so that your site can scale to keep pace with your marketing needs. Included hosting is based on estimated traffic levels so hosting plans can grow with you.
Is there a roadmap of new LOOP features?
Yes, we can provide a roadmap of ongoing developments. Some will be enhancements to existing modules and will be provided as part of your subscription, others will be added as new add-on modules attracting a small monthly subscription fee. Clients will be invited to contribute ideas, or can 'jump the dev queue' with bespoke features for their LOOP site if needed.
